The Ohio District of Kiwanis International is pleased to announce that their new "Business to Business" website is now fully functional. Access can be gained by clicking on the Kiwanis Links shown on the left of this page or by clicking directly on http://www.ohiokiwanis-b2b.com/. This site is designed to be a communication tool specifically for Ohio Kiwanis Clubs and members, Ohio Key Clubs, and Ohio Circle K Clubs. While some clubs have forwarded their membership list to us in advance, others have yet to be entered in the system. All Ohio District Kiwanis Club secretaries (who have email access), have been entered and they should have received their User ID and Password in a separate email. This information will allow you to access the site and all of it's functions. If you are a club secretary and you have not received your welcome email, please contact me in the Ohio District Kiwanis Office at (888) 827-8196 or (614) 848-5000. In both cases, enter extension 201 to reach me directly. Club Secretaries have the ability to correct member information, to add members, and to delete members. I do need to tell you that email addresses cannot be corrected on the system. Simply making a correction bypasses the system that automatically generates email messages containing user ID's and passwords. The proper way to handle a correction to an email address is to delete the member and to re-add them with the new email address and other information. This will guarantee that your member will receive the proper activation email. Please call me if you have questions about this process.  Please understand that no one is required to activate their account, but the 2008-09 Ohio District Kiwanis Board felt that this site would be of benefit to Ohio Kiwanis Clubs and members. The registration process also guarantees that the site will only be used by registered Kiwanis members. We hope you will find the system to be of benefit to you.
