INDIANAPOLIS - April 9, 2008 - Kiwanis International has hired Jill J. Madinger as Director of Growth & Club Excellence, effective April 8, 2008. Jill will oversee education curricula programs for volunteer leader development, focusing on membership growth. She will also be responsible for directing strategies to enhance Kiwanis club operations and member experiences in new and existing clubs, divisions and districts. “Jill brings a combination of corporate sales, training, and development experience as well as grassroots Kiwanis club involvement,” said Stan Soderstrom, Kiwanis International Chief Impact Officer. “Her skills will help us grow the organization in thousands of new communities.” Madinger has more than 18 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, and product development, most recently as the regional vice president of sales for National Benefit Resources, a distributor of stop loss and health/well-being products in Denver, Colorado. Jill has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Castle Pines in Denver and was a charter member of the College Park Kiwanis Club in Indianapolis, where she also served as a distinguished club president. Madinger is a native of Indianapolis and holds a degree in Administration and Marketing from the University of Phoenix in Denver, Colorado.
