Items Sold Directly By ODKI

You may return most items sold by ODKI within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the item. Delivery fees are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Conference Registration

Refunds are available for conference registrations on a per conference basis. A full refund is available up to the date of guaranteed meal counts (normally 72 hours to 1 week prior to event).  After that date, refunds are available only in the event of severe illness, hospitalization or death of registrant.
