Dear Fellow Kiwanians, We had grand plans to kickoff our promotion of the 2008 Kiwanis International Convention in Orlando two weeks ago at our Mid Year Education Day. The 20.5 inches of snow put a definite crimp in those efforts, but what better time to think of a summer vacation with your Kiwanis friends than right now! This year's International Convention includes all the fun you can handle plus educational sessions designed to improve your club and your overall member experience. You even have the opportunity to see Bob Newhart at the Kiwanis Event on Friday, June 27th. This year the Ohio District is joining with Kiwanians from the Pennsylvania District and the California-Nevada-Hawaii District to buy out the B. B. King's Jazz and Blues Club for dinner and a great night of music. You won't want to miss it! An order form is attached. Space is limited to the first 175 who purchase tickets from the Ohio District. Attached you will also find Registration and Housing forms from Kiwanis International. The deadline for registering at a reduced rate is April 25th.
